Code of conduct
Provuno applies a voluntary code, stricter than regulation alone. It protects players, the community, and TCG culture.
Respect above all
No insult, mockery, hateful or discriminatory speech is tolerated in comments, private messages, or usernames.
Fair play
One account per person. No multi-registration, no bots, no scripts, no bypassing household ticket limits.
No incitement to problem gambling
No "bet more" challenges, no exploitation of minors, no content suggesting you can "make it back" by playing more.
Community protection
We moderate actively, publish major moderation decisions, and permanently ban any behaviour endangering a member.
